By submitting content such as personal or form data in written, photographic, video or other media formats, you are consenting to our use of this data for business purposes only in so far as this adheres to the law.

We only use your data to transact with you and we do not sell your data. We do not sell data or personal data or any data that will identify you onwards. We do not hold banking details and we use qualified banking gateways to transact with you for the duration of a transaction. We do not sell your transactional data. Discount Terms
We offer discounts through the year, but we are a subscription service. The intention of offering discounts is to spread the cost for, and the offer of benefits to, our members. Participating in discount promotions for a first box assumes sign up to a subscription service for more than one box purchase. If you use any discount against a subscription service to purchase a single box and cancel that subscription before delivery, you will be refunded instead as you will have by this action refused the offer to sign up our subscription service.
Promotional Offers
From time to time we will use promotional offers.
Promotional offers are clearly indicated as promotional offers, discounts, coupons, coupon codes, introductory offers or similar. We do not mislead our audience, customers, members or subscribers in any way through the use of promotional offers.
By taking part in any promotion you will be offered a clearly identifiable reward or discount towards our existing products. For example, where we offer 10% off, you will be charged the full cost of an existing item with 10% reduced from this full cost. We will never exaggerate promotions or costs to mislead you into a perception that you are receiving a greater offer than that stated. All promotions will be indicated openly through the offer.
All promotions are subject to availability and we are dedicated to ensuring offers will be honoured in a timely manner. Where time limits exist, we will clearly indicate offers are time limited. Where products are limited we will indicate products are limited.
